heterogeneous irregular lobular retroperitoneal mass that has a diffuse low enhancement and infiltrates periphereal structures. Seems to be IVC thrombosis and irregularity in aorta wall that caudally seems to dissapear. Compromise of vascularity makes lymphoma unlikely. Other DD duodenal sarcoma?..pancreatic origin?..

heterogenously mildly enhancing lobulated soft tissue attenuating mass lesions s/o conglomerated lymphnodal mass in porta hepatis and retroperitoneal aspect displacing the aorta, ivc, pancreas anteriorly, few areas of necrosis are seen with in,
multiple enlarged discrete lymphnodes also seen in retrocrural aspect
features s/o lymphoma(non hodgkins subtype)
